To reserve a shelter, please call our office at 304-341-8000 and we will help you select an available shelter for your event date. We only accept reservations for the shelters from the second Monday in January until October 31st of each year.
Reserve the shelter for your event for $75 for the day. The shelter is available from 9:00 AM until dusk. Reservations begin the second Monday in January. Please call the Charleston YMCA at 304-340-3527 or email ymcaofkv.org for reservations.
